Mobile Home Repairs

Welcome to RepairMobileHomes.com. We are a licensed contractor that specializes in mobile home repairs. For over 30 years we have been working with mobile home owners to remodel and repair their manufactured and mobile homes. Unlike Real property residences, mobile homes are built different and require a specific knowledge. The process of getting permits is different, the code of regulations is different and the way these homes are built is different. Many mobile home parks are senior citizen parks, but we have been seeing a rise in family parks as well. With this rise in family parks, more people are making the transition from over priced houses, to the more affordable manufactured homes. Because of this, we have recently seen a high demand for small repair services required to meet title 25, health and safety requirements.

If you are in the process of selling or buying a mobile home, you will discover that the home may have deficiencies with plumbing, roofing, electrical, undercarriage or fire safety.  Sometimes these repairs may be small and sometimes they may be more extensive. We have built a team of professionals that handle these mobile home repairs on a daily basis and can help you get these items fixed in order to finalize escrow on your mobile home sale.

Some of the common items we see that require repair on mobile homes are: Missing Earthquake straps on the water heater, smoke detectors missing in the bedrooms, missing carbon monoxide detectors, missing roof shingles, leaks under sinks, electrical that is not installed to code, missing window screens, soft or spongy floors, outlets that are not working properly, lights not working properly and unstable steps. These are all things we can take care of and more. We will crawl under your mobile home and provide you with photos of any items that may not meet title 25 health and safety requirements.

We pride ourselves on providing quality, affordable work in a timely manner. Many times customers are closing escrow on their new home and don’t have much time to have these repairs completed. We have the man power to take care of small repairs and large remodels quickly. We have been through good economic times and tough economic times and our customers keep coming back. This is something we pride ourselves on and will continue to provide the best possible service to our new and old customers alike.

Dont hesitate to call us today! We can be reached at 714-353-1360. Ask for any of our representatives. We currently service most of Southern California. Jerry,
We have leaks in our sewer line here at our mobile home in Lomita (90717). It looks like it is leaking at the toilet connection, but certainly at an elbow connection just a little further down the line from the toilet connection.
So it looks like we would need a new line installed and appreciate an estimate from you.
Thank you very much for your time.

Hi Jerry, I have a mobile home I inherited from my mother in Irvine. It is currently empty and will be going up for sale. Do you handle full kitchen and bath remodels? Please advise. Thank you, Kathryn

Hello, Take your time on this as this isn’t something we’re ready to do right now but would like to plan for it financially. We have a 2000 sqft (3 sectional) home built in 1998. We’d like to do a full remodel where we open up the kitchen (likely removing walls) and redo cabinets/counters and completely change the master bath to include a full shower and soaker tub. We’d also like to paint, remove popcorn ceiling, and change flooring from carpet to new carpet and laminate combo. What is the price range for these sorts of full remodels? Are you able to do crazy things like create a 4th bedroom? We have a crazy large master bedroom with bonus room and I’ve always wondered if it’s possible to turn it into a master and 4th room. Anyway, take your time on this. I just want to know how much we should be saving for these major remodels.

It is good to read about your services. Thank you for giving us your information. Last year, I had a terrible hailstorm that made my RV roof leaky, but I couldn’t get a professional person on time. Then, my friend suggested I coat my entire Roof with DIY RV Roof Magic rubber roof sealant, and thanks to this fantastic product, I made my Roof extremely waterproof, airtight, and seamless with just its primer-free, single coating. This elastic rooftop sealant not only invigorates the Rooftop from cruel environmental circumstances but additionally expands the Rooftop’s life expectancy to 18-20 years, alongside swearing a 10-year guarantee.
