He studied for a specialty contractors license known as the C47. this California contractors license allows us to do mobile home repairs and remodels. He also studied and tested to receive is B contractors license which allows us to do repairs and remodels for Real Property like residence and commercial property.
I have been working with my dad now for over 25 years. I started in high school doing roofing , siding, releveling and painting. I have since expanded my expertise an a mobile home inspector and can provide estimates to bring your mobile home to a safe condition. I am well versed in Title 25 and California Code of Regulations which specify Health and Safety codes for mobile home owners.

I believe that one of your crew reinstalled our crawlspace insulation after a large water leak in our mobile home at 290 Mayflower Dr., Newport Beach, CA 92660 (in the Bayside Village) At that time we also had him run a water line to the refrigerator water and ice maker.
Just lately, we’ve noticed a leak is leaving water at the base of the refrigerator on the newly installed floor.
I was hopinig that someone could come out and locate/fix the leak asap.
